In 2015 my then 89 year old lady broke off the crown on #13 at tissue level. We rebuilt it using pins, Surpass Universal Adhesive, Titan flowable composite and a nano composite. Her husband of 60+ years had just passed so we needed to stick to a simple procedure. Now 3 years later she and her full contour composite build up are doing just fine. This procedure may be a bit more difficult for us, but is significantly easier for our geriatrics to tolerate.
This is a good procedure for our geriatrics when they're not able to tolerate longer, more complex appointments. Now at age 92 she's doing much better. But as we all know losing a spouse is really difficult, so I'm glad we had this available for her. Hope this helps.
