Introduction: 

Dr. John Kanca taught me this a few months ago but this is the first time I tried it. This is a 2015 composite at #8 lingual-incisal with a rough margin, probably was a "white line" area that broke down. The composite was Filtek bonded with Surpass.

85 yo lady wearing down all her incisal edges for years. This lingual margin on 8 felt rough to her so I disked it to smooth it but it was obviously ditched. I cleaned the surface with Clean and Boost, then applied Interface and let it sit on the surface for 10-15 secs, then 2 brushfulls of Surpass 2, dried that and then a thin layer of Surpass 3 and cured it for a few secs.

And this is the result. I could not feel that margin.

Conclusion: 

I have no idea how this will hold up under the assault she puts on her teeth, but at least for today it looks good. I think it'll do just fine.
