Yes these are in the difficult category. No they're not impossible. Isolation is the key and rubber dam with floss ties are a must. Bulk fill Injectafil really helps speed it up. Once isolated the rest of the procedure should be routine. This took me 1hr 15 mins from injection to finish. We'll see him next week to evaluate the proximal contact and to review the PARL at 14.
