Introduction: 

Here's a 2 year Exquisite recall. This is #19 MOL replacing a missing ML cusp. I used Clean and Boost, Surpass, Titan flowable, Injectafil, and Exquisite.

We're replacing a failed MOL composite done years ago.

This is after Clean and Boost, Surpass and co-cured Titan Flowable, then a layer of Injectafil, which I allowed to set to it's gel stage and then cured for 10 secs with the Valo light on standard power.

I placed 3 layers of Exquisite (proximal, buccal, lingual), pulse curing each for 3 secs only. After polishing and adjusting I sealed the surface with Surpass 1,2,3 and added 10 secs of light from each direction.

Conclusion: 

Currently I'm curing each layer or Exquisite only with my Valo light set on XTRA POWER, or 3200mW/cm2 ('plasma mode") for 3 seconds. I'm only doing this curing with Exquisite. I pulse cure the other composites I use (Filtek and Heliomolar). I have not seen any white lines with this faster curing procedure.
