I have been using Sim/Interface/Anchor now for about a year...I am starting to see some debonds...I have been trying to troubleshoot my technique to get a handle on the situation...Here is my protocol:

CEREC: clean with alcohol, sandblast with glass beads, try-in, blast again, dry, interface mix a&b let sit 20-30 secs mix for 5 sec, apply liberally to cerec, let sit 10 sec, air dry 5 sec, Sim 2-3 brushfuls, let sit 10 secs, air dry 10 secs, light cure with L.E.Demetron I for 10 secs, (set to side to prepare the tooth)

Tooth: scrub with alcohol, air dry, Apply Sim 1 and Agitate on the surface for about 5 secs, keep wet but no pooling, 3 coats of Sim 2, let sit for 5 secs, air dry 5 secs, light cure with same light 10 secs, apply 1 coat Sim 2 (at same time assistant applies 2nd coat Sim 2 to Cerec, air dry 5 secs, no cure) let sit 5 secs, air dry 5 secs, no cure

Assistant places Anchor on Cerec and seat

Now we used to clean cement and tack with the demetron, clean up and final cure with Sapphire Light...recently(1month ago) I started leting gel then clean up and cure with the Demetron

I also found out that new assistant in March that was not shaking the bottles before dispensing drops....could that have the adverse effects I have been having lately

Any advice about the above Is greatly appreciated

Tooth:

Alcohol
Dry for 5 sec
Apply Sim 1, agitate 10 sec, do not dry
Apply 3 brushfuls Sim 2, dry 5 sec
Apply 2 brushfuls Sim 2, dry 5 sec
Light-cure 10 sec
Apply another coat Sim 2, do not light-activate. ( NOT ON THE CEREC)
