Can a flowable composite be used as the first light cured layer before the placement of Anchor core material

Yes, you could place and activate a layer of Titan prior to the Anchor, or simply apply a little of the anchor, nuke it, and place the rest.

The first layer under the Anchor- whether it is Anchor itself or Titan- light activate it for 30 seconds.

I take it that the self cure component of Anchor doesn't maximize the bonding ability of the material by itself, and that to get the full bonding effect you need to activate it for 30 seconds.
How does this extrapolate in terms of using Anchor as a cement under areas that not much light reaches, such as P/M crown or even a thick Cerec?

Thanks....Howard

There are different needs for retention of crowns vs. retention of cores.

This is a bigger issue than any of these individual items.

Funny how things work. I made Interface because of an argument with Bill Strupp and this has come about because of Gary Alex. I knew resin could be as good as RMGI and it is, if you know the secrets.

It's more than bond strength.

Cool
