"I use Clearfil SE...but I do etch the enamel margins (never the dentine). Extremely low sensitivity rate...virtually non-existant. I used Touch and Bond for a while as well and also extremely low rate of sensitivity. Worst bonding agent in my hands for sensitivity was One-Step from Bisco....I had to replace at least half the fillings I did and ended up throwing the bottle away after about 2 weeks of use!"

OneStep was another product I helped develop. I determined the monomer ratios and solvent content. I used it for a long time. There was nothing wrong with the material. That means there was something very very wrong about how it was used. I would not have posted this as it indicates to me very clearly that this person is instruction-impaired. Doesn't mean that he or she is a bad person.

" Worst agent in my hands for sensitivity was One-Step "

John, the point this gentleman (?) was trying to make was that he was treating Latex Sensitivity on his hands with One-step???

"I had to replace at least half the fillings I did and ended up throwing the bottle away after about 2 weeks of use"

This gentleman needs to reach conclusions mathematically.
The guy had 50% success ratio with this bottle and his fillings .
And next he threw THE ENTIRE REMAINDER AWAY!!!???
How Silly can he get?Clearly, the success quotient equation shows he should have thrown 50% of the remainder away. This way his success quotient would have increased to 100%.
They should teach Logic in dental schools!!!
