I have a patient that wants me to try repairing lost gingival colored material at the base of a titanium bar that has fused crowns cemented to the bar. She can't afford anything other than chairside repair. I did not do the original restorative. She has lost the original gingival masking which covered the bar at the cervical and connected slightly onto the cervicals of the porcelain.
What would you recommend and what protocol? Does Surpass bond to titanium?
I'm not sure what is best to try. Surpass and composite? I have a microetcher, Surpass, gingival composite, gingival Jet Acrylic, and ERA Pick-up available. |

Whoa. Sorry I missed this. Best bet is to sandblast and then apply Surpass 2 and 3, light-cure and restore. If you need to opaque it out, Anchor WO will do the job. _________________ "You need me on that wall."
