Hey John,

I know you've already posted here but what do you think?

On one hand we can argue heavy preps are not worth it, even with Magne's additive technique some areas will need heavy preps.

On the other hand if the patient refuses ortho and really suffers confidence issues. For me failure to get the patient to do ortho may be due to a lack of verbal skills.

I have turned patients away knowing they would go elsewhere for veneers, and without meaning to sound egotistical I know my veneers are better than most in the area. So the patient would not only just have heavy preps but crappy veneers?

I would insist on ortho at the cost of losing the case.
