If I use anchor as a buildup, let it gel for a minute or so, then hit it with light to adjust, does the chemical set continue? In areas not reached by the light, does the set continue?

yeah, that sounds good. I'll try that next time.

But I still think that it will defeat the purpose of injection moulding to eliminate voids at the margins.
But definitely worth trying.
