Need help please!

I'm replacing a chrome based denture for a lady. Never had a problem until the new chrome try in and now she has a big galvinic response each time I take the chrome out.

Obviously no point in going further until it's sorted. The lab I'm using tells me the metal work is not outsourced and they use high quality vitallium alloy which they have never had a problem with

Got me stumped on this one! Confused

No, the chrome touches a PFM crown, nothing different to what she already has. Yes there is metal to metal contact but as I said, quality chrome with no problems with her old chrome
