This used to happen alot years and years ago, but I can not honestly remember the last timen it has happened to me.

did some small class 2 composites (DO on 1st molar, MO on 2nd) regular protocol I am sure we all use here on the forum Sim, flowable Vitlescence

no cold sensitiviy but pain on release (not biting) on a Q tip and tooth slooth negative when loading cups.

I am sure I know what it is but does anyone have a suggestion and solution

john, is that not a bond issue? or pre-existing crack - possibly.

It is a bond issue. It suggests a gap.

that is exactly what I was thinking....but I have no idea how that could have happened..I am so careful with my protocol..and you know I been taught by the best begining a lot of years ago..AHHHH remember the Bermuda days...lots of laughts

.I am going to change the restorations and see how it goes...it will let you know...by the way...not a big fan of the cerac yet
