I have a patient who has PFM crowns on 20 & 21, she gets food impacted inbetween and was recommended to have a splinted restoration. She is hesitant to place another set of crowns and wants the teeth out and a full denture made(they are the last two teeth on the arch) Crying or Very sad . I was thinking about prepping boxes in the porcelain adding some ligature wire for flexural strength and restoring with composite, if it is an improvement for her we'll proceed with a new fixed prosthetic. Any suggestions?

Perfect indication for Interface. I'd likely use Ribbond instead of the wire, or skip it altogether.

I'd be inclined to simply place it in composite and it is a good indication for Interface on the ceramic.
