From another forum:
"I have had a few patients recently present with the need to restore the endo access in existing PFM crowns. I have not been happy with the composite restorations that I have placed due to the shade. The Composites that I have been using are too translucent and "shade blending" and result in a darker restoration than the surronding porcelain. I understand what is happening and I need something more opaque under the resin to block out the dark inside of the PFM.
What does everyone use for composite filling material inside an endo access for PFMs?"
Some of you know what I do to make these disappear.
Or do you?

How the hell did u do that?! Anchor is not opaque! And that looks like it has vitality still!
Very impressive, is it something you only teach to those who have turned to the Dark side? |
