I just had an elderly patient in who lost a PFM (not mine) on #29 whilst eating a Bit 'O Honey. The intaglio was filled with this sticky candy, and I quickly mucked up my explorer at both ends trying to clean it out and getting nowhere. Then, I went through about 5 microbrushes, getting nowhere even faster. I figured some sort of solvent would help, so I started scrubbing with Clean & Boost. Worked like a charm. Got it sandblasted, applied Interface, and bonded it back in with Surpass/Anchor (I had to excavate some caries first, otherwise I would have just used UltraCem).
