Rely X Luting in the powder liquid form is simply too good - too consistant - too easy to switch away from. The cost is significantly less than the paste-paste formulas and who cares if it takes the assistant 15 secs longer to mix. It's just too good.

Ultradent's Ultracem is even better. Powder / liquid in a syringe mixer / delivery unit.

Check out the delivery method video.

I guess the point was missed. It was the Rely Unicem that had good adhesion and the powder liquid hand-mixed for of Rely unicem was the least adhesive in regards to Zirconia. The Rely Unicem 2 Automix is not only the easiest to cement I have experienced, but it is also the most successful cement I have experienced.

The author of that study, Glen Johnson, is speaking at our study club in a week. I'll post about this then.

Will do. It's fun 'cause years ago he was one of my students, then my lead instructor, and now look at him.

Had a good meeting with Glen Johnson. The lastest is no significant difference in amt of force to remove zirconia crowns with either Rely x luting (powder liquid) or Rely Uni Cem,with Rely X lutiing having slightly higher values. The cement remained on both tooth and crown for Rely X Luting, but on the prep for UniCem. For PFM's Rely X Luting did require significantly more force to remove, and the cement remained on both the prep and the crown. With UniCem the cement remained on the tooth but not in the crown. He says he only researches for the "big players" in the market. You know why.
