My understanding is to use interface as instructed, then I apply surpass 2, dry the snot out of it, light cure for 10 seconds and the crown is ready for bonding.

What are your thoughts about micro etching with 50 micron aluminum oxide prior to using Surpass. I've heard that micro etching increases bond strengths even more. What are your thoughts?

Can Superb be used with dual cures? Many of the single bond systems require and "activator" to use with a dual/chemical cure composite.

No. Give it a minute, then just hit the top surface with a flash exposure- 1 second or so. Then you can add the occlusal layer
